Cookie Policy
1. General provisions
1.1. This Cookie Policy describes which cookies and similar technologies the website https://lefikantor.com (the "Website") uses, for what purposes, on what basis, and how the user can manage them.
1.2. The Website is owned and personal data are processed by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksey Yurievich Churilov (the "Operator"). This Cookie Policy forms an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website.
1.3. To the extent cookies and related information (IP address, online identifiers, device and activity data) allow the user to be identified, they are processed as personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
2. What cookies are
2.1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user's device via the browser. Similar technologies include browser local storage entries (localStorage), pixels and scripts performing similar functions. All such technologies are referred to below as cookies.
2.2. First-party cookies are set by the Website. Third-party cookies are set by other persons whose services are used on the Website (Yandex LLC in the case of Yandex Metrica).
3. Categories of cookies used
3.1. Necessary (technical) cookies
Ensure the operation of the Website and save the user's cookie choice. They are used on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(7) of Law No. 152-FZ) and do not require consent. Without them the cookie choice panel cannot function properly.

3.2. Analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica)
Used for statistical traffic analysis and Website improvement. Set only after the user's consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ). Until consent is given, the Yandex Metrica counter code is not loaded and no cookies are set. Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled. The list and lifetimes of cookies are determined by Yandex LLC and set out in the service documentation; the main ones are listed below.

3.3. Advertising, marketing and social media cookies are not used on the Website. The content of contact form fields is not transmitted to the analytics service.

4. Consent and its withdrawal
4.1. On the first visit the user is shown a cookie choice panel with the options "Accept analytics" and "Necessary only". Both options are equally accessible; no option is pre-selected. Selecting "Accept analytics" opens the text of the Consent to the processing of personal data; consent is deemed given only when the "I consent" button is pressed after reviewing it.
4.2. Continued use of the Website, scrolling, closing the panel or inaction does not constitute consent. If no choice is made, analytics cookies are not set and the panel is shown again on the next visit.
4.3. Refusal of analytics cookies does not restrict access to the Website or its functions, including the contact form.
4.4. The user may change the choice or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website or by sending a request to lefikantor@inbox.ru. After withdrawal, Yandex Metrica is no longer loaded; previously set cookies may be deleted by the user via browser settings.
4.5. The Operator keeps a record of the choice made (date and time, IP address, panel text version, selected option) as evidence of consent or its absence.
5. Managing cookies in the browser
5.1. The user may view, delete and block cookies in browser settings. The procedure is described in the help materials of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Yandex Browser.
5.2. Blocking necessary cookies may result in the user's cookie choice not being saved and the choice panel being displayed again.
5.3. To opt out of data collection by Yandex Metrica on all websites the user may also use the tools provided by Yandex LLC.
6. Amendments
6.1. The Operator may amend this Cookie Policy, including when the services used change. A new version is published on the Website with its date. If the changes concern analytics cookies, the choice panel is displayed again and consent is requested anew.
