Consent to the processing of personal data using the Yandex Metrica service

By clicking "I consent", I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Individual Entrepreneur Aleksey Yurievich Churilov (OGRNIP 326700000047114, INN 701718754703, email lefikantor@inbox.ru; the "Operator") my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purpose of processing: analysing traffic to the website https://lefikantor.com (the "Website") and improving it.

2. Personal data: cookie and local storage identifiers generated by the Yandex Metrica service; IP address; information about the browser, operating system, device and screen resolution; the referring page address; pages of the Website visited; the time and sequence of actions on the Website to the extent generated by the service.

3. Operations on personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out by automated means.

4. The personal data are provided to Yandex LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, 119021), which processes them as the operator of the Yandex Metrica service on the terms published at https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse and in accordance with the privacy policy of Yandex LLC.

5. This consent is valid for 12 months from the moment it is given or until it is withdrawn. After that period the choice is requested again.

6. This consent may be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website or by a request sent to lefikantor@inbox.ru. After withdrawal the Yandex Metrica service is no longer loaded on the Website; cookies set earlier may be deleted via browser settings.

7. Refusing consent does not restrict access to the Website. Without consent the Yandex Metrica service is not used on the Website.
